How do employees get access?
Email invitations help employees access assigned training.
What is the difference between a quiz and an acknowledgment?
A quiz checks understanding. An acknowledgment records an employee’s confirmation that they reviewed or received specific material. A signature can be added where your workflow requires it.
Can employees use phones or tablets?
Discuss your employees’ devices and mobile workflow during your demo so the proposed setup meets their access needs.
Are reminders, exports, or integrations included?
Confirm available automation, export formats, and integration requirements in your demo and written proposal. These requirements may vary by setup.
Does it replace required safety instruction?
No. Employers must determine and provide the instruction, hands-on practice, supervision, and records required for their workplace.
Will it reduce workers’ compensation premiums?
No premium reduction or claim outcome is guaranteed. Discuss insurance requirements with your carrier or adviser.
How much does it cost?
TrainVera costs $0.75 per active learner per month, with a $15 monthly minimum. An active learner is a unique person who accesses training during the billing month. One-time onboarding is $150 for Basic, $300 for Standard, or from $600 for Advanced. Course creation, video editing, translation, and integrations are quoted separately.
